Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures that integrate quantum algorithms with classical machine learning models.
- Lead the technical strategy for migrating legacy systems to 2026-ready cloud infrastructures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data pipelines for high-frequency processing.
- Research and prototype novel neural network structures tailored for quantum hardware.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and fault tolerance in distributed environments.
- Present architectural roadmaps and technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical storytelling.
