Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design highly scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architectures that support rapid growth and innovation.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and predictive analytics, into core systems.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for security, performance, and code quality.
- Conduct rigorous architectural reviews to identify risks and optimize system performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Java) and frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and digital modernization initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
