In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI models and practical, scalable infrastructure. You will lead the architectural vision for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring our platforms are resilient, intelligent, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term architectural vision for our core platforms, specifically targeting 2026 readiness.
- Design and implement high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems using next-generation languages (e.g., Rust, Go).
- Lead the integration of advanced AI agents into legacy workflows to automate complex decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to explore hybrid classical-quantum algorithms for data processing.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous performance tuning and security audits to ensure system integrity in volatile environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in programming languages such as Rust, Go, or Python, with a focus on performance-critical applications.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML model deployment, MLOps, and vector database architecture.
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
