Responsibilities

- Innovation Roadmap: Identify emerging technologiesâsuch as edge computing and neuromorphic hardwareâand prototype viable integration strategies.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and refactor legacy codebases to align with modern security and efficiency standards.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, security, and research teams to translate business requirements into robust technical blueprints.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering capacity.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI/ML Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and their practical application in system architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, distributed system failures and implement long-term architectural solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
