Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to define long-term technical strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Modernization: Lead initiatives to migrate legacy systems to cloud-native architectures, ensuring security and performance.
- AI & Automation Integration: Architect frameworks that integrate Artificial Intelligence to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Scalability Planning: Design systems capable of handling exponential growth and data volume increases.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and bridge the gap between technical requirements and business objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks before they become critical issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of planning for future tech trends, specifically AI and edge computing.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Expert are highly valued.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on long-term architectural solutions rather than quick fixes.
