Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the company's comprehensive Technology Roadmap leading up to 2026, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- System Architecture: Lead the architectural design of scalable, cloud-native systems, ensuring high availability and performance under load.
- AI & Innovation: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI, machine learning, and future-tech solutions into core business processes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams, foster a culture of technical excellence, and drive professional development initiatives.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee Research and Development projects to identify emerging trends and technologies that provide a competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech: Strong background in AI/ML implementation, blockchain, or edge computing.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse, high-performance engineering teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
