Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and communicate a clear, actionable technology strategy aligned with company goals for the upcoming fiscal years.
- Roadmap Leadership: Own the product and technology roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that deliver maximum value and competitive advantage.
- Innovation Evangelism: Identify emerging trends in AI, Cloud, and Sustainable Tech, and prototype solutions that can be integrated into our ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure seamless execution of complex projects.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic role.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and successfully adapting organizational strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of modern software architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and AI/ML capabilities.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams through periods of rapid growth and change.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
