Responsibilities
- Define and execute a long-term technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Green Tech.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level concepts into actionable engineering strategies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with adopting cutting-edge, unproven technologies.
- Pitch visionary projects to stakeholders and secure funding for experimental initiatives.
- Establish thought leadership by publishing white papers and speaking at industry conferences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, software engineering, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity protocols.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to forecast technological shifts 5+ years into the future.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
