Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or tech R&D
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong network with futurists, VCs, and academic research institutions
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects or publications
