Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year disruptive potential
- Translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps aligned with ESG and UN SDG targets
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and board stakeholders using immersive storytelling
- Champion human-centered design principles in future-tech development cycles
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives delivered
