Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ technological, social, and economic disruptors
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author thought leadership on future-proofing methodologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Drive prototyping of 2026-viable solutions in our sandbox environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI ethics, biotech policy, space economics)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Deep familiarity with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite stakeholder engagement
