Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic vision aligned with long-term company objectives

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with industry pioneers and thought leaders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruptive innovation
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)

- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
