Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap, aligning technological capabilities with market opportunities
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis to identify emerging disruptions and competitive advantages
- Champion innovation through cross-functional collaboration with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with industry thought leaders, academic institutions, and venture partners
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and social shifts to inform strategic pivots and risk mitigation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps

- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills for presenting to C-suite and influencing organizational change
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning methodologies
