Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic frameworks for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with long-term vision

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate 2026-focused innovations with rapid iteration cycles

Qualifications

- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and disruption analysis
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams across global markets
