- Define the future of work structure, including hybrid work policies and decentralized organizational design.
- Present high-level strategic insights to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to forecast future skill requirements and talent gaps.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or futurism.
