Responsibilities
- Architect scalable 2026-ready systems integrating quantum computing, blockchain, and neuromorphic AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital ecosystems with 10-year scalability
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 global technology standards
- Drive zero-carbon tech implementation across all infrastructure components
- Establish real-time adaptive security protocols for quantum-era threats
- Collaborate with futurists to define 5-year tech roadmaps and innovation KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 3+ years in quantum/AI integration
- Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
- Certification in quantum computing fundamentals (e.g., IBM Quantum, D-Wave)
- Proven track record of designing carbon-negative tech infrastructure
- Mastery of AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI development
- Experience leading agile teams in regulated industries (finance/healthcare preferred)
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent breakthrough innovation portfolio
