Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI integration and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Lead the engineering strategy for scalable, high-performance systems that can handle millions of concurrent users.
- Mentor and develop a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define technical requirements and solve complex architectural challenges.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to security and scalability best practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs) and assess their applicability to our products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in Machine Learning engineering and AI infrastructure.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
