Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant security protocols for 2026 digital infrastructure

Qualifications

- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future computing paradigms
- Proven track record leading $50M+ tech transformation projects
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Q, Google Quantum AI)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
