Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and implement scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Spearhead R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Neuro-symbolic AI.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of complex hardware and software ecosystems to create seamless user experiences.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Crisis Management: Lead incident response and architecture recovery for critical infrastructure during high-stakes deployments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- AI & Machine Learning: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and MLOps pipelines.
- Security: Proven track record in implementing enterprise-grade security protocols and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
