Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable software architectures capable of supporting autonomous AI agents and advanced data processing for the 2026 era.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, neuromorphic hardware) and integrating them into our product suite.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with a world-class team of researchers and engineers to prototype and validate cutting-edge solutions before commercial deployment.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and ethical challenges in future tech implementation, establishing robust governance frameworks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic narratives for executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and machine learning infrastructure.
- Future Tech Acumen: Proven track record of working with emerging technologies, such as Generative AI, Blockchain, or Autonomous Systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous, long-term technical problems with creative, scalable solutions.
