- AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the integration of autonomous AI agents and machine learning models into core business workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging tech trends and evaluate their viability for adoption, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the transformation of legacy systems into modern, cloud-native environments to ensure longevity and performance.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust cybersecurity frameworks that align with future regulatory standards and data privacy protocols.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
