Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable system architectures aligned with 2026 tech trends, including AI integration and edge computing.
- Lead the R&D efforts in emerging technologies to ensure Aether Dynamics remains ahead of the curve.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, coding best practices, and security protocols across the organization.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate long-term strategic visions into concrete technical blueprints.
- Conduct rigorous performance audits and technical debt assessments to ensure system longevity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and delivering complex projects on time.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Quantum computing fundamentals.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
