Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to establish long-term technical strategies that align with business goals for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, high-performance systems capable of handling exponential growth and complex data loads.
- AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning models into our core infrastructure.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions meet the highest standards of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party technologies that align with our long-term 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing.
