- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 product cycle, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Architect scalable microservices and cloud-native solutions using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Lead the migration strategy to transition legacy systems to modern, high-performance frameworks.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in AI integration and quantum computing readiness.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/ML pipeline integration and data governance frameworks.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
