Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Vision and architectural strategy for the organization.
- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging technologies, including advanced AI and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and resilience for high-growth scenarios.
- Oversee the migration to next-gen cloud architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale technical solutions.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Native technologies (AWS/GCP).
- Experience in scenario planning and long-term technology forecasting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
