Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design resilient, scalable systems aligned with the technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on quantum computing readiness and edge computing integration.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define and communicate the long-term technical strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and future trends.
- Optimize AI Pipelines: Oversee the integration and optimization of artificial intelligence models to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and developers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure compliance with global data protection regulations for future tech environments.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct high-level code reviews and mentor senior engineers to maintain the highest standards of software craftsmanship.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within high-scale tech environments.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with concepts surrounding AI/ML integration, blockchain scalability, or quantum computing frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges and driving technical innovation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
