Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for next-gen AI workloads and quantum simulations.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and advanced machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical vision and roadmap for 2026.
- Optimize infrastructure for high-throughput data processing and low-latency communication.
- Drive technical excellence by establishing best practices for code quality, security, and system reliability.
- Mentor and develop senior engineering talent within the organization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, and cloud infrastructure.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and C++ with a strong understanding of systems programming.
- Extensive experience with Neural Networks, Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and Large Language Models.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and major cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
