Responsibilities
- Architecting the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, resilient systems that align with our long-term vision for the future.
- AI & ML Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning models into core product workflows.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- System Optimization: Drive performance improvements and cost-efficiency across our cloud infrastructure using cutting-edge technologies.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and architectural risks before they impact the product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of implementing innovative solutions and adapting to emerging technologies in the tech landscape.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on scalability and reliability in high-pressure environments.
