Responsibilities
- Define and execute the architectural roadmap for the 2026 product vision, focusing on scalability and AI integration.
- Lead a team of elite engineers in developing next-generation cloud infrastructure and edge computing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies like Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Establish best practices for security, performance, and code quality in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Mentor senior developers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct technical assessments and architectural reviews to mitigate risks and ensure technical debt reduction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript).
- Experience implementing AI/ML pipelines and large language model (LLM) integrations.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
