Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical roadmap for the 2026 Visionary Project, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Design scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads and AI integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, Spatial Computing).
- Oversee the migration to future-proof infrastructure stacks, ensuring zero downtime and maximum security.
- Mentor senior engineers and define coding standards for complex, futuristic projects.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders to translate complex tech into business value.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Cloud Engineering, or Enterprise Software Development.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure transformations.
- Expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong command of modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go) and distributed systems principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive clarity through technical strategy.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and predictive modeling architectures is highly preferred.
