Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 neural infrastructure.
- Define and enforce high-level system design principles, including scalability, security, and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging technologies.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles.
- Mentor junior architects and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct regular technical reviews and code audits to maintain code quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
