Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, such as quantum computing and advanced AI models.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior architects and developers to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and security audits to ensure system integrity and data privacy.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or a related technical role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and distributed systems is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
