Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key AI and emerging tech trends that will impact our industry.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and marketing teams to translate strategic vision into actionable execution plans.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to anticipate shifts in the technology landscape.
- Prototype and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) to determine feasibility and business value.
- Pitch strategic initiatives to executive leadership and secure buy-in for long-term R&D investments.
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of new technologies to ensure compliance and responsible innovation.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technology adoption and innovation projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a senior engineering role with strategic oversight.
- Deep understanding of current and future AI trends, machine learning architectures, and SaaS business models.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives from concept to completion.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear business strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
