Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's vision for 2026, focusing on AI, automation, and digital transformation.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, quantum computing) to identify high-impact opportunities for the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product teams, and engineering leads to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Vendor Relations: Evaluate and select strategic partners and technology vendors that align with our long-term growth objectives.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal innovation initiatives and hackathons to foster a culture of experimentation and future-proofing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging digital technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies to diverse audiences, from technical engineers to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on future-readiness.
