Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and architectural planning for our 2026 technology roadmap.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems for emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks into existing infrastructure.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technological trends to drive competitive advantage.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects on best practices for future-proofing applications.
- Oversee the implementation of quantum-ready algorithms and next-gen AI models.
- Define technical standards and governance for the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and future tech trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks (Python, Rust, Go).
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive projects from concept to completion.
