Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-resistant architectures for global enterprise systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven predictive analytics platforms
- Integrate neuromorphic computing solutions with cloud infrastructure
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Prototype decentralized applications using next-gen blockchain protocols
- Develop carbon-negative computing methodologies for sustainable tech
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping in our 2026 Tech Lab
Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with proven quantum computing exposure
- Expertise in federated learning and explainable AI (XAI) frameworks
- Advanced certification in quantum algorithm design (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio demonstrating deployment of neural-symbolic AI systems
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging computing paradigms
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth)
