Responsibilities
- Architect and define the technical roadmap for NexaCore Innovations, specifically targeting breakthroughs by 2026.
- Lead research and development initiatives in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and advanced machine learning models.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including quantum computing architectures and neural interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate high-level strategies into actionable technical specifications.
- Identify potential risks and technical debt in long-term projects, proposing scalable solutions to ensure stability.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their potential applications in commercial tech.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
