As a Future Tech Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production systems. You will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap that prepares our platforms for the rapid evolution of technology leading up to 2026.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and articulate a comprehensive technical vision for the next 2-3 years, identifying emerging trends in AI and Quantum computing.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architectures capable of handling exascale data processing.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Generative AI and Predictive Analytics into core product ecosystems.
- Cloud Modernization: Spearhead the migration and optimization of legacy infrastructure to next-generation cloud environments (e.g., Serverless, Edge Computing).
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Collaboration: Work closely with R&D teams to prototype experimental technologies and assess their viability for production deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Java, or Go; extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
- AI/ML Expertise: Strong background in Machine Learning pipelines, Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Future Tech Mindset: Demonstrated interest and knowledge in emerging technologies, specifically Quantum Computing concepts and Edge AI.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
