Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our long-term vision for the year 2026, focusing on scalability, security, and AI integration.
- Pilot Next-Gen Technologies: Research, prototype, and integrate cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and autonomous systems into our core product suite.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of experimentation and high-performance engineering.
- System Design & Scalability: Create robust, high-availability system architectures capable of handling exponential data growth and complex computational loads.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-suite executives and product leaders to drive investment and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading teams through significant technological transformations.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- AI & Future Tech: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, or similar AI domains is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and define clear technical paths for future growth.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence organizational strategy.
