Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Lead the end-to-end technical design of our core products, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for future demands.
- 2026 Roadmap Execution: Define and drive the technical roadmap for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI-driven automation and edge computing.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects to validate disruptive technologies and integrate them into our production environment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate high-level business strategies into technical blueprints.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated history of delivering innovative solutions in complex environments; experience with AI/ML integration is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into manageable technical components.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mastery: Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
