Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance infrastructure systems optimized for the year 2026 computing standards.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to quantum-ready cloud environments using Kubernetes and microservices.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI-driven infrastructure automation and self-healing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI models into core operational workflows.
- Ensure data sovereignty, security, and compliance across all decentralized network nodes.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm) and serverless architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust for backend infrastructure development.
- Experience with AI/ML integration into infrastructure (MLOps, Model Serving).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and future-proofing strategies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
