Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, aligning AI capabilities with high-level business goals.
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation machine learning systems and predictive algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic technologies into current workflows and infrastructure.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable infrastructure capable of handling future data loads and complexity.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects on best practices for future-proofing codebases and systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or AI research.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from concept to production deployment.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
