- Lead the migration strategy for legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate high-level business goals into technical specifications.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across the engineering organization.
- Mentor senior developers and engineering managers to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Expert knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML integration, big data pipelines, and edge computing technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, deliver on time, and handle ambiguity.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
