Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology vision for 2026 and beyond, aligning technical capabilities with business growth.
- Lead the architectural review of legacy systems, identifying gaps and proposing scalable solutions for future demands.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to determine feasibility and integration points.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure a seamless transition to future tech stacks.
- Establish technical standards and governance frameworks to ensure stability during rapid innovation cycles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, engineering management, or future tech strategy.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations or defining 5-year roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards and data privacy regulations for future tech ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
