Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, ensuring readiness for emerging trends like Agentic AI, Spatial Computing, and Quantum-ready architectures.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable backend and frontend systems capable of handling massive global traffic.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate bleeding-edge technologies (WebGPU, Edge Computing, AI Agents) into existing production environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure full compliance with international data regulations.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior architects and conducting high-level code reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, or similar high-performance languages; proficiency in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of deploying innovative solutions in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
