Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI and quantum computing.
- Prototype Development: Lead the design and prototyping of next-generation software systems and hardware interfaces.
- Tech Stack Strategy: Evaluate and integrate bleeding-edge technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs) into existing architectures.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive buy-in for futuristic projects.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, guiding junior architects and engineers in exploring new paradigms.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical and regulatory hurdles for future tech implementations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, AI engineering, or systems design.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Quantum algorithms.
