Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and next-gen edge architectures.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling exponential data growth projected for 2026.
- Collaborate with product managers and C-suite executives to translate future market trends into actionable engineering strategies.
- Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of innovation and long-term technical thinking.
- Oversee proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives for futuristic technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technology strategy leadership.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Proven track record of leading strategic technology initiatives in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with blockchain or distributed ledger technologies is a strong plus.
