Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 'The 2026 Initiative,' ensuring alignment with our long-term strategic vision.
- Lead high-impact R&D projects in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Edge Computing architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic technologies into core product ecosystems.
- Establish security and scalability standards for decentralized and quantum-resistant data systems.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences with clarity.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Network architectures.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or hybrid classical-quantum system design is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
