Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the strategic vision for our technology stack, identifying key trends that will impact the market in 2026 and beyond.
- Technology Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive research and POCs (Proof of Concepts) for emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient architectures that leverage future-ready technologies while ensuring long-term maintainability.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical visions into actionable business strategies.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of visionary engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Risk Management: Anticipate potential technological disruptions and implement mitigation strategies for our product lines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), Microservices, and Enterprise Software Architecture.
- Future Tech Savvy: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML integration and a strong understanding of upcoming trends expected to mature by 2026.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think beyond current constraints and propose forward-thinking solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
