Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic design and implementation of core infrastructure systems aligned with the company's 2026 roadmap, focusing on scalability and quantum-resilience.
- Innovation Engineering: Prototype and validate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Advanced LLMs) to determine their viability for our product suite.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and architectural rigor.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product management teams.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-proof architectures adhere to the highest global security standards and compliance regulations.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the strategic deprecation of legacy systems and their replacement with modern, sustainable microservices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future-Forward Skills: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML systems design, blockchain integration, or quantum computing concepts.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous, high-complexity problems and anticipate long-term technical debt.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
